Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and LoopOnce (“we”, “our” or “us”). They apply to this website and to every application we operate, currently ComedyOnce, PrayerOnce, Cultronce (each a “Service”). By creating an account or using a Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

If you use a Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the Service or by email. Continuing to use a Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly at support@looponce.com if you believe someone else has used your account.

One person should hold one account per Service. You may delete your account at any time — see Support.

4. Acceptable use

When using our Services you agree not to:

• Break the law, or encourage anyone else to
• Harass, bully, threaten or abuse other people
• Impersonate another person, organisation or LoopOnce itself
• Post content you have no right to post, including content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark or privacy
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Upload malware, or interfere with the operation of a Service
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download a Service, or attempt to access parts of it you have not been granted access to

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. By posting content to a Service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content, strictly so that we can operate and improve the Service and show your content to the people you shared it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period or where the law requires us to keep them.

You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the rights needed to post it.

6. Our content

The Services themselves — the software, design, text, logos and branding — belong to LoopOnce or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

7. Availability and changes to the Services

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering a Service altogether. If we discontinue a Service you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can and, where practical, a way to export your content.

8. Termination

You may stop using a Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a risk for other people. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that a Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Content posted by other users is theirs, not ours, and we do not endorse it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopOnce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of a Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country in which you live.
